- Routine inspection conducted.
- All hand washing stations were accessible/unobstructed and properly equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- QUATs sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizer pails and from dispenser. Test strips available for monitoring.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 75C at the dish surface during final rinse. Good, minimum of 71C at the dish surface required.
- Triple-sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition.
- All coolers measured 4C or less.
- All freezers meausred -18C or less.
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature records available for review.
- Hot-holding available at 60C or hotter (for orders ready to be picked up).
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored properly labelled, covered/protected from contamination, and off the floor.
