Comments

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BDYUDT:

- All food items that are mouldy, in deteriorating condition, past "best before" or "expiration" dates have been discarded from the walk in cooler.
- Most processed food items are stored in insert containers with "packed dates" labels.
- Shelving units are in clean condition
- Raw meats are stored in separate shelving units away from vegetables and ready to eat foods
- All coolers (walk in, prep) at < or = 4C
- Expired products are now stored in designated bins upstairs. All products stored in the "fast food" department are within expiration dates
Note: Daily temperature logs were not kept up to date. The operator must monitor the temperature of all coolers, freezers, and hot holding units in the "fast food" department everyday.
