Follow up inspection report #DSOG-BDHTQD: - Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer daily to retain effectiveness. - All frequent/food contact surfaces in clean condition. The handle of the faucet at the main handwashing station in clean condition. - No utensils, equipment, or plates stored inside the sink of the main handwashing station. - There is easy access to the main handwashing station in the kitchen. - FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. - General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been thoroughly cleaned: - floors throughout the kitchen - underneath the two compartment sink - the clutter has been cleared underneath the dishwasher/ back dry storage area - around the fryer - the dining area
