-Kitchen is currently used for staff purposes.
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Back area cooler was at 4C.
-Back area freezer was at -20C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). Sanitizing water pressure is low. Have dishwasher serviced prior to resuming full use.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer prepared when the kitchen is used. Bleach concentrate available. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1/2 teaspoon bleach per litre of water.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Minor pest activity observed in the back storage area. Clean and sanitize affected areas and monitor for activity. Contact pest control services as needed.
