Butter chicken in hot holding unit at or above 60 degrees C.
Plastic pizza pan separators in use.
Ice wand stored on shelf in the walk in freezer. Reminder to cool foods properly using shallow pans, ice baths, ice wands, etc.
All containers and utensils stored in a sanitary manner in the dishwashing drying area.
Garbage bags not used to cover or store foods.
Dough preparation counter area thoroughly cleaned.
Magnetic knife holder installed.
Door handle to smaller walk in cooler serviced.
Hand sink along left side of cooking line hot water foot pedal serviced and in good working order.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
