- All coolers equipped with working thermometers.
- All handwashing stations supplied with soap in the dispenser.
- Daily temperature logs were available on site. Ensure to record temperature of ALL coolers and freezers.
- Most food items were stored covered with plastic wraps.
- General sanitation has improved. Ensure to follow the routine cleaning schedule daily.
- Empty cans and bottles stored in boxes in the back. Keep this area clean to prevent attraction of pests.
