Rice inside the cooking pot on top of the hot plate was 44-53C. Must reheat to 74C and keep hot at 60C or higher. Corrective Action(s): Operator reheated the rice in the microwave. Purchase a second rice cooker adn use it for keeping hot/cooking the second batch of rice. Violation Score: 25

Referencing NCR 245751 Quats dispenser system is still not working. Operator is preparing the sanitizer solution manually. Bleach solution is an also an acceptable alternative (1tbsp per gallon water). Violations from previous inspection that have been attended to: - freezer cleaned. -fridge is at 4C - paper towel dispenser is working. A cheque for the outstanding health permit fee has been provided $150. (#000856)
