Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Display coolers at or below 4'C
- Live holding tanks measured at 2'C
- Sanitation logs maintained for holding tanks
- Temperature logs are maintained
- Shellfish tags are maintained on site for 90 days (verified on site during inspection)
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs solution
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms and hair nets
