Routine inspection conducted for Deli/Bakery/Meat:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. Thermometers available.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles/buckets to hold wiping rags and at automated dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

General sanitation level of the facility is satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis i.e. floors under/behind large kitchen equipment, walk-in freezer. No signature required due to Covid-19. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
