Permit to Operate has been hand delivered to the new owner. Daily temperature logs and cleaning schedules need to be up to date One food handler present at the time of inspection and she holds a Food Safe lev 1 training. Bleach is used as approved sanitizer and all wiping clothes are stored in this approved sanitizer ( at 100ppm ). Walk in cooler and freezer - very well organized.
