Comments

Routine Inspection
- Hand wash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
*Reminder not to obstruct the hand sink even when cleaning or rearranging stock.
- Freezer temperatures are at -18C
- Walk-in cooler at 7 C - see above.
**Discussed proper storage of sweets. Ensure a timer and log is available if you will be using time as a control for keeping sweets at room temperature.
- Staff state temperature logs are maintained - the only temperature log that was available was for Jan 21, 2025.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine
- Sanitizer in bucket and spray bottles achieve 200ppm Chlorine.
- Dry storage is good
- No signs of pest activity

Unopened container of RAJA Rangkaat Brand bleaching agent seen on-site. Staff stated they used to used to use it for jalebis but no longer use it. Staff discarded at the time of inspection.
