Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer prepared in the fish department at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Each food preparation are must have a food grade sanitizer available for sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces on a regular basis. Quats sanitizer concentrate was brought to the fish department and was prepared at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Front bank freezer was at -15C.
-Front bank cooler was undergoing a defrost cycle at the time of inspection - 6C
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the two-compartment sink.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination/
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
