Inspection conducted after renovations. Food premise conducted according to approved floor plan with minor finishes required. Building material is constructed of durable, non absorbent, easy to clean and nontoxic material. Hot and cold water available. Two hand sinks available with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. 300 ppm quat sanitizer buckets in use. Dish washer final rinse at 72.0C at the plate according to min/max temperature probe. Counter hot lamp at 60C and above. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Coolers #1 3C, #2 2C, #3 2C, #4 1.2C, stand up freezer at -2C. Walk in cooler at 3.2C. Chest freezer at -7C. Holding units have temperature monitoring units. All other equipment in good working order. Missing items - one shelving unit and back door. These must be completed in one week. Renovations approved by Fraser Health. Ensure to meet all other regulatory requirements before operation. Outstanding correction Order from 2018 for dish washer rescinded.
