Coolers (front and back) both at 4C and lower. Freezer (upper level) at -19C. Reminder for operator to record temperatures of coolers and freezers daily. Sanitizer (bleach and water) at 100ppm. Hand sink (front and back) equipped with soap, disposable paper towel and hot/cold running water. Operator has FOODSAFE Level 1. Discussed with operator about the addition of the glass dishwasher. Connect with your Environmental Health Inspector about types of dishwashing and dishwashers when ready. Send picture of ceiling when the two panels are fixed. Send email with in 2 weeks.
