Corrective Action(s): Repair cooler. Cooler was emptied at time of inspection; do not keep any perishable food items in this cooler until it is capable of maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder. Ensure this cooler (and all other coolers) is equipped with its own thermometer.

- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles and from dispensers
- All display coolers, prep coolers, upright coolers, and walk-in coolers were at 4C or colder
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Hot held food items were measured to be above 60C
- Accurate thermometers available for use. **Ensure each refrigeration unit is equipped with its own separate thermometer.
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
