Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -13 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures (rice, steam table) at 60 degrees C or more
- Food protected from contamination. Raw animal proteins and ready-to-eat foods are properly stored.
- Hand washing stations (front/back) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Staff observed to be properly washing hands at time of inspection
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle and in bucket at 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at utensil surface)
- Food equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. No pest activity noted on most recent pest control report.
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition.
- Permit posted at front
- Temperature logs available. Note: Temperatures not recorded for some dates/times. Ensure that your food safety plan is being followed for maintenance of temperature logs.
Note: Ventilation hood and baffles in clean condition with the exception of a small amount of oil around the edges of the ventilation canopy. Ensure these areas are regularly cleaned to prevent accumulation of oil.
