Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Cooler operating <4'C; Freezer operating <-18'C
-Not much food stored at this time. Only dairy for coffee/tea.
-No food prep occurring in the facility.
-Clorox surface disinfectant available. Bleach in use for manual dishwashing.
Ensure 200ppm chlorine is prepared to do manual dishwashing. (1/2 tsp household bleach per 1L water)
-Facility only operates 1 hr, twice per week for fitness class.
