Observation: No sanitizer detected in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Please refill sanitizer bottles so that there is 200ppm Quats available.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishrack of cups was stored on top of the handwash station, blocking access to it.
Corrective Action(s): Dishrack removed. Ensure not to block handwash stations, keep it accessible at all times.

Observation: Quats sanitizer dispenser turned test paper blue however, it did show 200ppm on the orange test strips, which is expired Jan 2017. Both types of test strips onsite. Faucet of handwash station in ladies room is still loose.
Corrective Action(s): Please have technician verify which test strip is accurate and adjust the dispenser accordingly if required, so that it dispenses 200-400ppm. Please secure the faucet.
