Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The egg tarts were left at room temperature for one and half hours.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the egg tarts get stored in the cooler @ 4oC or at room temperature under 2 hours.
The owner will ensure to store all egg tarts in the cooler less than 4oC at all time.
The egg tarts were moved into the cooler during inspection

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. The dough mixer: the exterior surface of the device was covered with egg wash.
2. The kitchen utensils was not fully cleaned after each use: knives, dough roller
Corrective Action(s): 1. The dough mixer was being cleaned twice a week. Ensure the dough mixer gets cleaned immediately after each use everyday.
2. The kitchen utensils must be washed and sanitized after each use before putting back into a storage container. The items above were cleaned during inspection
