Observation: a) One hand-sink was covered with a plastic film and was out-of-service at time of inspection.
b) One hand-sink was out-of-service (believed due to a dead battery in the faucet) at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff are currently using the 2 hand-sinks in the refrigerated meat prep room, adjacent to the service area.
*Please repair/service the 2 out-of-service hand-sinks as soon as possible to restore convenient access to hand-washing.
