Observation: - Rodent droppings noted along floor/ wall edges under and behind wood pallets in warehouse.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and clean above noted areas.
- Clean up spilled food to prevent potential pest attraction.
- Do not store pallets directly against the walls. Allow space between wall and pallets to facilitate cleaning and pest control monitoring.
- Rotate pallets frequently to facilitate cleaning.
- Seal any gaps/ holes to prevent potential pest entry.
- Monitor pest activity. Contact a pest control management company for assistance.

Observation: - Walk-In Cooler floor is severely buckled, heavily cracked, and rising. Buckling and cracking is so severe that the joint walk-in freezer door can no longer open fully. (No food stored inside walk-in freezer).
Corrective Action(s): - Repairs to the floor in the walk-in cooler will be required as floor cannot be properly cleaned.
** Advise Fraser Health regarding plans to make repairs and when repairs have been completed.
