Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Accumulation of food debris observed on the potato presser. When asked staff to clean and sanitize, staff did not perform the sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Staff cleaned and sanitized the potato presser with bleach sanitizer. Educate staff on proper use of food sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw bacon was stored on top of vegetables inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store raw proteins close to vegetables and ready to eat food. Move the raw bacon to the lowest shelf.

Observation: 1. Rodent droppings observed in the gaps beside two chest freezers.
2. Flies observed inside the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the dropping and set up traps for rodent and flies. Do not set up any poison baits inside the facility. Correct by: Aug 29, 2022.

Observation: Both back and front doors were open at the time of inspection.
