Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 1'C
- Sushi display cooler at 3'C
- Sushi preparation cooler at 3'C
- Temperature logs are observed maintained
- General sanitation of is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are observed unobstructed supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer in 3-compartment sink measured at 200 ppm concentration with test strip
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Health permit observed posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Hair nets available for staff
