Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher tested at 0ppm for bleach sanitizer on plate surface after rinse/sanitizer cycle. Sanitizer agent was primed but still not feeding into machine
Corrective Action(s): Repair immediately or temporarily use three compartment sink to manually sanitize dishes/utensils after going through dishwasher. Note: Dishwasher repaired during inspection (corrected).

- Operating permit in conspicuous location. Discussed with staff on renewing decal for new year.
- Staff on duty have Foodsafe (Level 1 or equivalent) training (expires on Oct 29 2029)
- Coolers measured at 4C or below (Bar beverage cooler beside cash register 6 C, bar beverage cooler beside glass washer 4C, mini beverage cooler in back area 4.4C, multiple compartment prep cooler in kitchen area 3.6C, multiple compartment prep cooler beside tray rack 3.8C, 1 door stand up cooler 4C, walk in cooler 2.2C).
- Freezers measured at -18C or above (1 door stand up freezer -14.8C, small compartment freezer -19C, walk in freezer -12.6C)
- Sanitizing solution tested at 400ppm QUATS
- Glass dishwasher tested above 12.5ppm iodine solution (passed test)
- No pest activity observed during inspection
- Foods in coolers/freezers are covered, organized and labelled. Thermometers are present
- Dry storage area is organized and 6 inches off floor
- Ice machine is in good condition
- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Staff have proper clothing and hygiene
