2nd follow-up inspection to routine inspection dated October 19, 2021.

The following items have been observed:
-->All rodent droppings have been removed.
-->All areas with rodent droppings have been sanitized.
-->Area around mop sink has been cleaned.
-->Most cleaning has been done.
-->No foods noted storing on ground in walk-in cooler.

Closure Order rescinded. Facility is given approval to re-open.

Note:
It is highly recommended to increase pest control visits to twice a month until pest issue is under control.
