Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer too strong (bleached out test strip) in bucket. Sanitizer remade during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Only 5mL bleach is needed in 1L water. Use the bucket to also store the cleaning cloths in and change this every few hours or when it looks dirty. This will keep your cloths clean and your counters and cutting boards clean as well.

Note: Food containers in the top of the line cooler being stacked on top of each other. The cooler is not designed to keep containers stacked on top cold, store food directly in container that sits in the cooler or in the cooler area down below.
