Joint Inspection

- food in prep coolers measured 4C or colder
- lid is kept closed during non-busy hours
- during lunch rush, keep smaller portions in the top compartment as it will warm up

- owner stated that he has attempted to get the vent hood serviced, but contractors are cancelling on him
- until you can get a contractor in, ensure that the vent hood baffles are kept clean (remove and put them through the dishwasher)

- owner is considering selling by next year. Please inform the undersigned when that occurs
- note: ensure that all FOODSAFE certificates are up to date. Info sheet provided
