Observation: Accumulation of food debris, grease, and dust throughout the food premise.
Corrective Action(s): End of the week. Deep cleaning is required in follow areas: rack shelves in the walk-in cooler, a storage table for tin cans (from oil), white small storage shelf above that table, all storage shelves (& a bottom shelf for dry goods), prep. pizza cooler, some walls, and floor.

Note: Observed a dirty fan hood. The label on the fan hood stated that next cleaning has to be done on 05.30. 2019. The operator claimed that the service will be conducted on 06.09.2019.
Ensure that the fan hood is clean.
