Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station in kitchen, near front area and women's staff washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - raw meat cooler, sandwich prep cooler, undercounter cooler, soft ice cream well, and walk-in cooler are all measured at less than 4C
- Upright storage cooler and walk-in freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Temperature records are adequately maintained
- Hot holding unit for cooled meat patties, cooked chicken, gravy and bacon are all measured at greater than 60C. All hot held items are time tracked
- Food contact surface sanitizer in buckets and in three compartment sink is measured at greater than 60C. Test strips are available
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted and pest control measures are in place
- FoodSafe level 1 verified, expiry date is April 13, 2025
- General sanitation is satisfactory
