Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Observed hot held meat sauce being reheated using a warmer.
Corrective Action(s):
- Warmer should not be used to reheat food items. Ensure food items are properly cooked/reheated to 74C or above before they are transferred to hot holding units. Operator manually heated them up on the stove at the time of inspection.

- Bleach sanitizer in buckets measured at 100ppm.
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach is available. Drain plug is available.

- Freezers at -18C or below.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above. *Note violation coded above.
- Glue boards for pest monitoring have been replaced today. No captures observed.
- No extra storage in the parkade as per the operator.
