Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Behind the meat slicer blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned items. Meat slicer muast be cleaned and sanitized after each use or after every 2 hours of continuos use whic ever is lesser.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sinks available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse. Glasswasher measured at 12.5 Iodine final rinse.
Prep coolers and stand-up coolers, undercounter cooler, slushie machine, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Ice machine observed to be satisfactory. Exhaust hood and underneath the cookline observed to be in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure soft drink nozzle at bar and underneath ice machine are routinely clean to prevent syrup or debris from building up.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
