Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop and beverage dispensing hose observed being stored in direct contact with ice used for mixing beverages
Corrective Action(s): Ice used for beverages must be treated as a food item and protected against contamination.
-Ensure ice scoops are always stored in the designated storage container to prevent contact between the handle (contact point with hands) and the ice.
-In addition, ensure the beverage dispenser hose is stored in a manner that prevents contact with ice.
