- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (upright, display, undercounter) < or = to 4C
- All freezers (upright, undercounter) < or = to -18C
- High temperature dishwasher reached 74.9C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Milk steamer wand sanitized after each use with 200ppm QUAT sanitizer.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Changed out every 2 hours.
- Dry storage area is good. All food items are stored at min 15cm(6inches) off the floor to facilitate in cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity. A professional pest control company inspects on a monthly basis.
- FOODSAFE equivalent trained staff on duty.
- Condiment stand in clean condition.
