A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 0ppm. During the inspection, instructed staff on the mixing ratios. [Cl2] of bleach sanitizer was 200pm after a new mixture was made.
- Cutting of fruits and packaging of them occurs for retail sale. Repackaging of some whole veggie is also done.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Professional pest company contracted to monitor for pests.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets, racks and display units.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.

NOTE
- Mix 1/2 capful (1/2 Tsp) of bleach to 500mL of water in a spray bottle. The strength will be 200ppm.
- Make a new bleach and water solution every 2-3 days, so the strength maintains 200ppm.
- Place "package dates" on the cut containers of fruit or veggie.
