Premise primarily sublets space to small manufacturers and food processors, all areas that are specific to as well as shared with other operators were inspected.
Other observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, ready to eat foods stored above raw foods, organization of food in walk in cooler satisfactory
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked
√ Bleach and quats sanitizer concentrate available for operators who operate out the kitchen but they are responsible for making their own ready to use sanitizer
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ General sanitation and maintenance is good
√ No signs of pest infestation noted- *note that there is no screen door on the main back door, this must remain closed during the summer months unless a screen (or alternative) is installed to prevent the entry of pests.
