Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # JMIA-CND264 dated January 23, 2023 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the recent Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated June 15, 2023 there were three staff and 9 children present.

Licensing notes that it appears that the previously identified contraventions have been appropriately addressed as follows:
- A checklist was onsite with staff documentation information- discussed the requirement that all required information is complete and updated regularly (as staff change)
- Washroom supervision procedures was created and is being implemented at the facility

- Log book was reviewed
