Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to use gloved hands to move garbage can (touching rim) then return to work (cutting lettuce) CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - gloves removed, hands washed, food discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Handwashing and proper glove changing between soiling hands is extremely important - This is especially important during the COVID-19 Pandemic!
Please review hand hygiene, glove use with all staff.
