CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED - facility has been deep cleaned - two holes underneath work bench in back area patched up - maintain sanitation to keep pests at bay - new door sweep for outer door to be installed soon - replace walk-in cooler gasket as needed - new pest control technician to come in later today - provide a detailed report to the undersigned by next week October 20, 2022 - ensure all food contact surfaces, INCLUDING dishware and flatware are washed prior to use, or store them away in pest proof containers overnight Note: "Bush" brand orange red powder (IH 7802) is released.
