Kitchen has been cleaned. Ensure that it is maintained in a sanitary condition. When cleaning floors and shelves, remember to move items out to clean the surfaces underneath. Obtain non-slip rubber floor mats and discontinue the use of cardboard for lining the floor in front of the cooking equipment.
