Correction: Immediately. Remove the chair and move shelf bit. The hand sink must be available/easy accessible/ all the time.

The corner handwashing sink - satisfactory/accessible. (A chair has been removed.) All food stored safely at the time of inspection. Back door was closed at the time of inspection. Premise free of pests. Fan hoods have been clean. Bare wood - removed. Note: The operator claimed that food, which stored in garbage bags (the walk-in freezer) belongs to a friend and not intended to be use for a business. Bags with food removed from the premise.
