Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection high temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature 69-70 degrees C. at the plate level.
Corrective Action(s): High temperature dishwasher requires servicing. In the interim, all dishes, utensils, equipment, etc. to be washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes at the 2 compartment sink then air dryed. Note: premise is currently operating as takeout only.

Observation: Several food containers observed stacked one on top of another in the sliding glass door cooler and in the walk in cooler. Some containers of food observed on the floor in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination. Cover all food containers with tight fitting lids, saran wrap, etc. Do not store food products on the floor, store all food at least 6" off the floor. Correct immediately.

Observation: At the time of inspection high temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature 69-70 degrees C. at the plate level.
Corrective Action(s): Service the high temperature dishwasher and ensure it is capable of sanitizing dishes at the plate level to at or above 71 degrees C. Correct immediately.

Routine inspection:

Hand sink not obstructed and is provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C.
Sliding glass door coolers both at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezers at -16 to -18 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Only a small quantity of beaten eggs observed stored at room temperature. Reminder that any portion left after 2 hours must be discarded.
Rice cooking at time of inspection.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
