Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CKQRG7. All violations in report#JCHY-CKQRG7 have been corrected: -No large batches of food observed to be cooled in large containers. Operator has ice wands on-site for cooling purposes. Walk-in cooler 4C. -All barfi and milk cakes observed to be stored in the front display cooler measured at 4C. -Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm chlorine. -Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure cleaning of exhaust hood vent is conducted 2x/week.
