Observation: Mouse droppings noted in the facilities in the following areas:
- By the side door next to the display coolers
- In the hallway of the staff washroom
Corrective Action(s): Clean, sweep and sanitize any areas noted with mouse droppings. Operator has hired a pest control company that comes in once a month. If situation does not improve, operator increase pest company visit to twice a month.

Observation: Cardboards are still being used to line the display coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all cardboards used on shelvings as liners. All materials used for storing food must be imprevious to moisture and easily cleanable.

Observation: Many emptied cardboard and styrofoam boxes were stored at this facility in the hallways and storage areas.
Corrective Action(s): Remove any boxes or items that are not required for the operation of the business to avoid these items from becoming harbourage sites and food sources for pests.

Routine inspection conducted today:
- All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
- All freezer units were holding food at -18C or below.
- Reviewed some of the food that is stored in regular room temperature and confirmed whether refrigeration is required. Some yogurt drinks were found at room temperature but no where on the bulk or individual packaging indicate refrigeration is required.
