Outstanding items from the routine inspection has been corrected. (codes 209, 306 and 502 - 2 staff currently taking Food Safe 1 and others are scheduled for the next Food Safe 1 course) Discussed with the operator plans for cafe set up in the future. Floor plan indicating layout for the cafe kitchen to be submitted. Time frame for the changes in layout will be 4-6 months.
