Routine inspction conducted with the presence of one staff.

- General sanitation was satisfactory
- Hand washing station fully equipped with hot/cold running watwer, liquid soap and paper towel
- Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4 C or lower; freezers at -18 C or lower
- Hot holding unit for pizza at front at 66C.
- Bleach sanitizer bottles present and in use, tested 200ppm chlorine. Ensure to use teaspoon when making 100ppm bleach solution.
- Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing and drain plugs available; Staff stated the 3rd sink used for sanitizing equipment.
- Dough mixer and vegetable cutter mounted on teh wall were in sanitary condition
- Food containers in the walk in cooler properly covered.
- No pest activity observed at time of inspection. Kwality is the pest control contractor.

Note: (1) Remove the unused items such as meat slicer from the food processing area.
(2) Use bleach test strip to test bleach sanitizer.
