Liquid soap and paper towel present at front handwashing sink and back handwashing sink
Walk-in cooler was at 3 C
Walk-in freezer was at -20 C
Display freezer was -15 C
Quats sanitizer from dispenser at 3-compartment sink was 200 ppm. Each machine is cleaned weekly.
Stera sheen cleaner and sanitizer used for frozen yogurt machines.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection
