Follow-up inspection for JPAK-ATSU9J Resolved violations: 1. Food premises has been cleaned; new installation yet to be completed but accumulation of food debris and grease removed. Ensure to have regular cleaning performed 2. Can opener and dough mixer have been cleaned. ensure to clean these regularly 3. all items were covered properly in the walk-in cooler 4. scoops for dried goods have been removed from the bins; washed then sanitized after use. 5. all potentially hazardous food items were held at 60 C or above.
