- Major cleaning had been done after the routine inspection. Good.
- Floors have been cleaned/sanitized.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- New bottle of bleach obtained. Dishwashing sink equipped for manual dishwashing.

Correction Order issued on Sep 27 has been rescinded. Ensure to keep the facility at this sanitary condition at all times.
