Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station near the front of kitchen had no hot water. Operator fixed during insepction.

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine available in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- 3 compartment sink - Chlorine available for sanitizing - not in use during inspection
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Chicken hot holding was 60C or higher
- Hot holding units for gravy were 60C or higher
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate

**Check if grease trap or septic system requires repair as there was a odour coming from the mop sink area**
