Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in two buckets with wiping cloths.
- Good food storage practice throughout.
- Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- General sanitation level improved from last routine inspection. Good.

Correction Order issued for not having at least one Foodsafe certified staff working on site. Ensure to have at least one additional staff register for Foodsafe Level 1 and notify the health inspector by Friday, April 29, 2022. Failure to comply with this Correction Order will result in further enforcement action (i.e. violation ticket(s) - one for violation and one for not complying with a Health Order.
